Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Most skin types can use it. If your skin is sensitive, start with short sessions and very light pressure. Don't use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, have had recent facial surgery or treatment, or have inflamed or broken skin – the full list is in the product description.

How often should I use it?

As the user manual recommends: Sonic and Ion− 2–3 times a week, Ion+ and EMS once a day – about 3 minutes each time. If your skin feels sensitive, use it less often.

Can I use it in the shower?

No. The device isn't waterproof, so please don't use it in the bath or shower, and keep the charging port dry. It is designed for damp skin: apply water, toner or serum before you start.
