Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China. We ship worldwide. Delivery to Europe and North America usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch; delivery to other destinations can take up to 25 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For deliveries within the European Union, import VAT is settled when the parcel is shipped, so you will not pay any customs fees or charges on delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at GlowSkinOX@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you.
