1. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through the Sonave online store. The contract is concluded in English or Czech and is governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

2. Orders and contract

Product presentations in the store are not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We store the concluded contract electronically and you receive its content in the confirmation email. You can review and correct your details at any time before submitting the order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices for consumers. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. You can pay by the methods offered at checkout. The goods remain our property until paid in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. The risk of damage passes to you when you take over the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods. Details and a model withdrawal form are in our Refund policy.

6. Defects and complaints

You have the statutory rights for defective goods: a defect that appears within 24 months of delivery can be claimed. A defect that appears within one year is presumed to have existed at delivery. You can ask for repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, for a price reduction or a refund. Send your complaint to GlowSkinOX@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the defect. We will confirm receipt and handle the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be settled with us directly, consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz), or the competent body in their own country.

8. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed your order applies. These terms are effective from 12 October 2026.
