30-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of the day you (or a person you named) received the goods. This is longer than the 14 days required by law.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to GlowSkinOX@gmail.com, for example using the model form below. It is enough to send it before the deadline expires.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to us within 14 days of withdrawing. We will email you the return address. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the device complete; you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you sent them.

If the product is defective, please see the complaints section of our Terms and conditions. Costs of returning defective goods are covered by us.
