Hvor ofte skal jeg bruge den?

3–5 times a week for about 5 minutes. Regular use matters more than intensity.

Can I use it with my skincare?

Yes, it works best over a serum, gel or moisturizer. Don't combine it with retinol or strong acids in the same routine.

Where should I not use it?

Around the eyes and on the eyelids, and on broken or irritated skin.

Who should not use it?
